You have a period of  calendar days from the date of receipt to initiate a return for an item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item should be in its original packaging.
- Please contact us before returning the item.
Additionally, your item must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your returned item, we will promptly inspect it and notify you of its arrival. Subsequently, we will inform you about the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund in the form of store credit. Please note that the refund amount excludes any shipping costs and payment service provider charges associated with your purchase.
Refunding an Item Before Shipping
If you wish to refund an item that has not been shipped yet, you will receive a refund with a deduction of service charges by the payment service provider. The refunded amount will be credited to your customer account within  working days.
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable.
